How do we communicate if you are in a different time zone than I am?
The first line of communication is always e-mail. Of course, we can always schedule a phone call if needed. The “office” is open Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm EST (except Federal Holidays). E-mails will be answered within 24 hours.
How do we “exchange” documents?
Documents can be sent via e-mail or via Google Drive.
What’s the turnaround time on projects?
A 48-72 hour minimum turn-around time from the start of a project is required for work to be completed and to allow for emergencies and unforeseen circumstances. At the beginning of the project, the approximate turnaround time will be given to you. If something comes up and we are unable to complete project by that deadline, advanced notice (at least 7 work days prior to the deadline) will be given.
What if you cannot do the work requested?
Get this! – If Clark Virtual Business Solutions is unable to provide the services you are requesting, you will be referred to another Virtual Assistant. I promise to support your business and NOT let you down!
How do I know my work is getting done?
Worried about the status of your project? You will received weekly status reports via e-mail, so you know what Clark Virtual Business Solutions provided for you that week.
Will I need to sign a contract?
To protect both parties, a service agreement and a confidentiality agreement will need to be signed.
What about payment?
All services must be paid upfront. Clark Virtual Business Solutions accepts the following forms of payment:
- Company Check
- Credit Card (American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa)
I’m in! I need your help! What’s the first step in starting the process of working with Clark Virtual Business Solutions?
The first step is to send us an e-mail. Once it is received, you will receive a follow-up e-mail requesting more information about your company and what services you are interested in. When that information is received, we will schedule a 30 minute consultation to discuss how Clark Virtual Business Solutions can help you.
If there is a good fit between our two companies, you will be sent (via e-mail) a Welcome Packet that includes the above mentioned agreements and other pertinent information.
Once all of the legal paperwork is out of the way, we will have a Project Conference Call to discuss details on the work that Clark Virtual Business Solutions will be providing your company. Once payment is received, services will commence.
